Abstract

The purpose of this study can be used by the management of Grab and Gojek to improve visual services. The subjects in this study were people / resource persons who used Grab and Gojek mobile applications. The objects of this study are all perceptions of user convenience in using Grab and Gojek mobile applications at the Institut Bisnis dan Multimedia asmi.. In this research there is information systems theory, user interface design in mobile applications and design elements. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method that uses data collection methods with field research techniques, namely interviews, data stimulation, documentation and data reduction. The results from the comparative research of Grab and Gojek show that the Gojek application is superior in terms of appearance, design elements and user convenience compared to the Grab application.
